The Enviroschools Kit contains planners, student activities and action tools that integrate environmental education with student centred approaches and Māori perspectives. It is available to schools registered with the Enviroschools Programme.
Supporting the Learning Process
Enviroschools/Kura Taiao is a process of learning and creating change; for teachers, students and the whole school community. Schools and kura receive a range of support including support from trained facilitator or kaitakawaenga, and professional development events. The resources below form part of the support for the Enviroschools process. Some of the resources are designed for use by schools participating in the programme, others are available for anyone who is interested.

Sustainable Directory for Schools
This directory has been developed as a partnership between The Enviroschools Foundation and greenlist.co.nz. This directory is designed to help staff and students to make informed purchasing decisions. The products and services in the Enviroschools section of Greenlist can assist your school with waste minimisation, reducing energy and water consumption, sustainable building and landscaping projects. Check it out and re-think what you buy for your school!

Measuring Change
Throughout New Zealand hundreds of schools are diverting tonnes of waste from landfill, planting thousands of native trees and taking action to use energy and water efficiently. So how much change are they actually making? The Measuring Change tool measures the physical environmental outcomes happening in schools. All New Zealand schools are invited to participate, whether or not they are part of the Enviroschools network.

Printed Resources
The Enviroschools Foundation produces a range of printed resources for use by participating schools, kura and early childhood centres.
