This week, our Pasifika kindergarten Tai o Fenua in Tauranga, participated in the new Enviroschools Reflection process as part of their Internal Evaluation and PGC mahi. This reflection provided a valuable opportunity to celebrate successes, address challenges with collaborative solutions, and set a clear direction for the future.
The process fostered rich professional dialogue, allowing teachers to deepen their collective understanding and reaffirm their commitment to sustainability and learning. Teachers described the experience as “fantastic, a celebration, affirming, and an opportunity for deeper our collective understanding.”
